An additional Estoppel for Condos are sent to the CA presidents of each section.
Membership in VGHA is voluntary, but agents are asked to explain to ALL buyers that the annual fee of $100 is used to keep Village Green a Beautiful Place to Live. Without these voluntary dues, the HOA would not be able to maintain areas such as the green spaces along Village Green Parkway, 18th Avenue, and all of the monuments marking the entry points to the neighborhood. Everyone's contribution is appreciated and needed.
