City is Closed for Presidents Day on Monday

Presidents Day, observed on the third Monday in February, is popularly recognized as originally honoring George Washington and Abraham Lincoln. Over the years, it has become understood as a celebration of the birthdays and lives of all U.S. presidents.
City operations will be closed on Monday to observe this Federal holiday.
Solid waste pickup scheduled for Monday will be picked up on Tuesday, and Tuesday’s scheduled pickup will be collected on Wednesday.
An important note: Wednesday’s recycling route will not be collected next week, so if that’s your recycling day, please hold your recycling for a week. Thursday and Friday service will be as originally scheduled.
