2016 Survey Results

At its February 9, 2016, meeting, the Board appointed the Deed Restrictions Reinstatement Committee (DRRC) to research what our VG Community needed to do regarding Homes Deed Restrictions, and report back to the Board with recommendations on how to proceed. The DRRC conducted the Survey, modeled on one conducted by Jacaranda West, a similarly sized HOA in Venice, Florida. The VG Survey provides valuable information and input for planning and document update efforts by reflecting current practices, needs and desires of the VGHA members. VGHA Governing Documents include the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Homes Deed Restrictions.
This Report and Recommendations quantifies the results of responses from our owners. The DRRC reviewed the Survey results in arriving at its recommendations. This Report and Recommendations presents the Survey Results and the DRRC’s Recommendations.
